Don't miss the opportunity to take part in Susatinable City. It's a new, unique way of presenting the solutions of tomorrow. At the Eco-Tech fair 2008.

Sustainable City will not feature traditional stands. Instead, this new fair-in-a-fair will provide a visual concept designed to inspire future-thinking and susainable

Susatinable City is a unique, homogenous concept, jointly created by the Swedish Exhibition Centre and White arkitekter AB to provide a stylised urban setting. A
framework packed with content by exhibitors and partners. It's a concept guaranteed to promote contacts, spontaneous discussion and business.

Participating Companys & Solutions:

Rehact has developed a unique system that combines heating, cooling and ventilation in a inventive distribution system. 85% of the energy needed in the system comes from renewable energy sources. In order to link the sub systems together, Rehact has developed and patented a new ventilation unit, combined with a heat exchanger called AHE.

Rehact is based in Sweden, but the sales effort has been focused on foreign markets. The first installation is being done in Warsaw, Poland and others are on the drawing table. In 2008 Rehact was elected top 12 environmental entrepreneur by WWF and was included in the US Ambassador to Sweden’s list: “One Big Thing”.

Rehact has the aid of STING, Stockholm Innovation and Growth. STING is one of Sweden’s foremost business incubators.

Universeum - Nature as model for sustainable development -
- want to join us?

What can termites teach us about air conditioning? Why do we use soap bubbles as models for new building constructions? Can we use and benefit from the principles of an ecosystem when developing our societies? At Universeum we believe in learning from the solutions found in nature where optimization, closed systems and ambition to reach equilibrium and win-win situations are natural principles. We also believe this perspective provides us with new ideas, sustainable solutions and an improved relationship between human and nature. Therefore we are now committed to work with this area called biomimetics, biomimicry or bionics. Would you like to join us?
