Welcome to Food & Garden, a place where you can experience the Swedish food and garden culture. On the second floor at the Göteborg Book Fair, Food & Garden, with its quiet showgarden, the vivid Chef s' theatre and the Garden scene, a well filled bookstore and a popular café, is a unique oasis, which offers visitors both recovery, pleasure and cultural experiences.
You will meet Sweden's best chefs, food, beverages and garden profiles. During the fair s' four days, we offer over 100 performances, everything included in your regular fair ticket. No extra charge! We take the literary experience a step further - sample the chefs' compositions, discover new wine, enjoy chocolate, tea, etc.. In the bookstore, you can meet the authors and get your books signed.
