First Nordic conference on sustainable food consumption
Running in parallel with Interfood 09 will be the Nordic Organic Conference (NOC). This is the biggest conference in the Nordic region on food issues, with the focus on organic produce, sustainable production and consumption. The conference will bring together influential Nordic organisations, international researchers and experts, for a series of workshops, further education and in-depth seminars. The conference is being arranged by the Centre for Sustainable Agriculture at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, in collaboration with the Swedish Exhibition Centre.
Nordic partners: The Danish Agricultural Advisory Service and International Centre for Research in Organic Food Systems (FÖJO), Bioforsk in Norway, and MTT Agrifood Research Finland.
