Major change to Water Championships - mixed teams!
There will be a lot of business done at Water 2009. There will also be much to see and learn in the fields of technological developments, export potential, and climate change. There will also be competitions in practical problem solving in a narrow space and within a limited time. We are talking, of course, about the Water Championships 2009.
Hans Jansson, ITT, will now take over from Henrik Held in running the competitions. He says, “Nothing can be left to chance when we discuss the events and the rules. Although this is a fun thing, we take it very seriously.”
The industry has, however, already decided on a big change to the set-up of the Water Championships in 2009. In previous years, a workplace was represented by a team of its own people. In 2009, a workplace can be represented by a team made up of people from different workplaces or municipalities. That way, the event will be open to far more people.
