Exhibitor Service Online
A very effective system for planning your exhibition participation and ordering everything you need. It simplifies the management of all information relating to the exhibition. As soon as you book exhibition space you are given a personal code that gives you access to the service menu.
Exhibitor training
Become a better exhibitor! Lots of opportunities await exhibitors at the Swedish Exhibition Centre. Making the most of these requires know-how and preparation. Surveys show that well-prepared exhibitors get more out of an exhibition. To help exhibitors get the most out of taking part in an exhibition the Swedish Exhibition Centre runs two types of exhibition training for exhibitors.

VIPS – Visitor Information Processing System
VIPS puts an end to stacks of business cards, report sheets and cryptic notes.With the Swedish Exhibition Centre's barcode-based system you can record and categorise visitors to your stand quickly and easily. Daily reports and an address file and labels allow you to follow up on contacts you make straight away.VIPS can easily be integrated with your own customer database. You can also add information on all the visitors to the exhibition, as well as the addresses of visitors to other exhibitors in your sphere of interest.
Arena advertising
If you want to boost your exhibition efforts and further increase your exposure, choose our arena advertising - m.e.r. - which translates into more marketing, more exposure and more results. You can buy one or more advertising packages that will make you really visible at strategic locations in the exhibition complex.
Stand Service
All the assistance you could want for furnishing and equipping your stand. We can organise most aspects, from technical installations to furniture and flowers. You can also order cleaning, security and other services from us.
