WOOD FUSION 2010 – THINK INSIDE THE CUBE
Wood Fusion is a unique concept created within the framework of Scandinavia’s leading wood industry trade fair, Wood Products & Technology.
Arranged for the first time in 2008, Wood Fusion was a huge success from day one. Complementing their traditional stands, exhibitors were represented by conceptual cubes created on the basis of their particular products or services. The cubes were displayed in an innovative showroom environment, which encouraged mingling, conversations and inspiring encounters. In addition, internationally renowned designers, architects and industry leaders attracted large audiences to fully-packed informal seminars in a special auditorium adjacent to the showroom.
A FUSION OF MINDS, MATERIALS AND MACHINERY
Both visitors and exhibitors enthusiastically agreed that the Wood Fusion concept was inspiring and stimulating, and that it generated numerous concrete contacts and new leads.Wood Fusion provides a forum where manufacturing companies can talk to creative decision-makers. Young innovative designers can source new materials and processing techniques to help realize their ideas.
